We care deeply about your experience with Amlo. Since our jars are handmade and perishable, we’ve kept our policy fair, transparent, and simple.


What’s Eligible for Refund or Replacement?

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Jar received damaged, leaking, or broken

  • You received the wrong product

🕒 Important: Claims must be made within 2 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the issue.


Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Consumed jars


📩 How to Report an Issue

Please email us at [help@amlo.in] with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Date you received the delivery

We’ll respond within 24 hours and resolve your issue within 3 working days.


🔁 What Happens Next?

Based on your issue, we’ll offer:

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • A free replacement jar will be shipped to you

  • A discount code for your next order (in special cases)


📝 Internal Notes

  • All complaints are logged and reviewed monthly

  • Feedback helps us improve product, packaging, and service quality
